Day One: Personal Presence

The first day will train and exercise your “personal presence” muscles. As you step through the simple but powerful Alpha Presence^sm exercises, you will expand your ability to engage others and understand their intentions.

You will be given the individual attention and support needed to find your unique style of expression and natural effectiveness in front of groups.

Whether you are experienced at speaking or suffer any degree of performance anxiety, this experiential training will immerse you in the personal, radical (and paradoxically comfortable) Alpha Presence^sm process. No matter how large or small your audience, you will discover how to stand with presence, connect with your listeners, and speak with authenticity and ease anywhere, anytime, and to any group.

Day Two: Alpha Agenda

When intention, agenda, and passion flow in your communications without compromising personal presence, you achieve the highest state of influence any leader can have. We call that state Alpha Presence^sm.

Building on the foundation of Personal Presence training established on the first day, we add personalized exercises and coaching as you build the presentation you need: a key note address, a presentation to your board, a speech to your company or division, or a sales presentation.

With skilled group listening and laser coaching from Richard Friesen, you will have the opportunity to explore, clarify and create content that may surprise you.
